(A) Established. Fund 228 - South Industrial TIF is created that the City Clerk-Treasurer will maintain for the city.
(B) Funding. This fund will be funded by all tax increment revenues the city receives for the South Industrial TIF.
(C) Use. The fund will be used exclusively for any expenses authorized under the economic development plan for the South Industrial Economic Development Area and South Industrial Allocation Area under Indiana law.
(D) Non-reverting fund. This is a non-reverting fund.
