(A) A fund is hereby established, within the various funds of the City of Crawfordsville, Indiana, to be known as the “Department of Parks and Recreation Special Non-Reverting Capital Improvement Fund” (sometimes hereinafter referred to as “Parks CIP Fund”), which fund shall be maintained by the Clerk-Treasurer of the City of Crawfordsville, Indiana.
(B) Moneys shall be deposited to the Non-Reverting Capital Improvement Fund as follows: In each calendar year, during the existence of the Non-Reverting Capital Improvement Fund, all moneys derived from daily use fees or season fee passes to the Crawfordsville Swimming Pool in excess of the annual average of such fees and charges collected for the calendar years 2016 and 2017, shall be deposited in the Parks CIP Fund.
(C) Moneys in the Non-Reverting Capital Improvement Fund shall be maintained by the Clerk Treasurer and paid out only as may be appropriated by the Crawfordsville Board of Parks and Recreation.
(D) In any given calendar year, moneys In or deposited to the Parks CIP Fund may be expended for any capital improvement or other expense related to Parks and Recreation Department protects as the Board of Parks and Recreations may approve.
