(A) Established. The Airport Coronavirus Response Grant Program Fund 177 (the Fund) as ACRGP requires for the use of the funds provided to the Crawfordsville Regional Airport under the ACRGP is hereby established.
(B) Fund purposes. The Fund may be used for the following purposes:
(1) Costs related to operations, personnel, cleaning, sanitization, janitorial services, combating the spread of pathogens at the airport, and debt service payments;
(2) Reimbursement of the airport’s operational and maintenance expenses or debt service payments in accordance with the limitations prescribed under the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act; and
(3) Any other purpose consistent with the ACRGP Grant terms and conditions and federal law.
(C) Fiscal administration. The City Clerk-Treasurer will serve as the custodian and auditing agent for the Fund and is hereby authorized to oversee the Fund’s administration.
(D) Receipts. Monies deposited to the Fund are intended to be limited to ACRGP Grant funds received by the Crawfordsville Regional Airport.
(E) Non-reverting fund. All monies in the Fund at the end of the calendar year shall not revert to another fund, but must remain in said Fund as a separate non-reverting fund.
