(A) Established. The Storm Water Planning OCRA Grant Fund 284 is established under this section’s terms.
(B) Funding. The funds the city receives from OCRA or any other source for the project will be placed in the Storm Water Planning OCRA Grant Fund 284 to be held and paid out by the City Clerk-Treasurer.
(C) Effect. This fund will remain in effect until the Common Council agrees to liquidate and dissolve the fund.
(D) Records. The city will keep proper books of record and account, in which complete entries will be made showing all monies received and deposited in this fund, all disbursements made from the fund, and all other financial transactions relating to this fund.
(E) Non-reverting fund. This fund will be a non-reverting fund.
