(A) Established. Civil Defense Fund 256 is renamed the Indiana Criminal Justice Grant Fund 256 and repurposed under this section’s terms.
(B) Funding. Any remaining Civil Defense Fund funds will revert to the Crawfordsville General Fund.
(C) Use. The grant funds received because of the project will be placed in the Indiana Criminal Justice Grant Fund and may be expended only for the project’s purposes under the grant’s terms, federal law, and Indiana law.
(D) Effect. The Indiana Criminal Justice Grant Fund 256 will remain in effect until the Common Council agrees to liquidate and dissolve the fund.
(E) Non-reverting fund. The Indiana Criminal Justice Grant Fund will be a non-reverting fund.
