(A) JAG Police Grant Fund No. 708 is renamed the Community Paramedic Grant Fund No. 708 and repurposed under the terms of this section.
(B) Any funds in the JAG Police Grant Fund will revert to the Crawfordsville General Fund.
(C) The grant funds received from the Montgomery County Community Foundation and the Indiana Department of Health because of the Fire Department’s partnership with Franciscan St. Elizabeth Health regarding the community paramedic services project will be placed in the Community Paramedic Grant Fund and may be expended only for the project’s purposes under the grant’s terms and Indiana law.
(D) The Community Paramedic Grant Fund No. 708 will remain in effect until the Crawfordsville Common Council agrees to liquidate and dissolve the Fund.
(E) The city will keep proper books of record and account, in which complete entries will be made showing all monies received and deposited in this Fund, all disbursements made from the Fund, and all other financial transactions relating to this Fund.
