(A) Established. Fund 150 Coronavirus Relief Fund is created that the City Clerk-Treasurer will maintain for the city.
(B) Funding. This fund is funded by monies received for COVID-19 that have been appropriated by Congress and distributed by the Federal Government and State of Indiana pass through various state offices for emergency purposes.
(C) Use. The fund will be used exclusively for any expenses related to the provision services in response to the Coronavirus Disease 2019 Epidemic (COVID-19) as dictated by Congress or the State of Indiana, or both.
(D) Non-reverting fund. Fund 150 Coronavirus Relief Fund is a non-reverting fund.
