(A) There is hereby established a non-reverting fund entitled “Police Department Child Victim Fund”.
(B) Money in this fund shall come only from donations made to the city specifically for said fund.
(C) Money may be withdrawn upon authorization of the Police Chief or the police “Child Abuse Liaison” officer designated by the Chief of Police of the city.
(D) Money withdrawn from the fund may be used to purchase toys to be given to child abuse, neglect or accident victims, by the Police Department to ease the trauma suffered by such victims and to provide food and clothing to such victims in circumstances when the designated Child Abuse Liaison officer deems such temporary support appropriate.
