§ 35.22 WHEEL TAX NON-REVERTING FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby established a non-reverting fund in the Street Department Budget.
   (B)   The non-reverting fund shall be the repository of all Wheel Tax income delivered from Montgomery County to the city.
   (C)   Money in this may be spent by the Street Department only for the purposes set out in the state statute and the county ordinance.
