(A) Safer Retention Fund No. 709 is renamed the Community Paramedic Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for the Emergency Department Fund and repurposed under this section's terms.
(B) Safer Retention Fund funds will revert to the General Fund.
(C) The funds the city receives for the Community Paramedics Program for medication assisted treatment (MAT) purposes will be placed in the Community Paramedic Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for the Emergency Department Fund No. 709 to be held and paid out by the City Clerk-Treasurer.
(D) The Fund will remain in effect until the Common Council agrees to liquidate and dissolve the Fund.
(E) The city will keep proper books of record and account, in which complete entries will be made showing all monies received and deposited in this Fund, all disbursements made from the Fund and all other financial transactions relating to this Fund.
(F) This fund will be a non-reverting fund.
