§ 35.71 203 MVH RESTRICTED FUND.
   (A)   Established. The 203 MVH Restricted Fund is created that the City Clerk-Treasurer will maintain for the city.
   (B)   Funding. This Fund will be funded by any money received from the state Motor Vehicle Highway Account from Indiana Department of Transportation distribution.
   (C)   Use. The Fund will be used exclusively for construction, reconstruction and preservation.

   (D)   Non-reverting fund. This is a non-reverting fund.
