§ 114.08 REQUIRED TO CARRY LICENSE.

All persons wishing to solicit in accord with this chapter must have a valid Solicitor's License on their person at all times while engaged in solicitation. Such persons must also carry a valid government issued photo ID and must present both for inspection upon request by any person they engage.
