§ 35.69 SUGAR CREEK SYSTEM ASSESSMENT DNR FUND 283.
   (A)   Established. Sugar Creek System Assessment DNR (non-reverting) is created that the City Clerk-Treasurer will maintain for the city.
   (B)   Funding. This fund will be funded by all monies the city receives under the April 5, 2018 agreement with IDNR for the Sugar Creek System Assessment.
   (C)   Use. The fund will be used exclusively for any expenses related to Sugar Creek System Assessment.
   (D)   Non-reverting fund. This is a non-reverting fund.
