(A) Safer Grant Fund No. 711 is renamed the Community Paramedic HIV Health Grand Fund No. 711 and repurposed under this section's terms.
(B) Any funds in the Safer Grant Fund will revert to the General Fund.
(C) The grant funds received because of the Fire Department's partnership with Franciscan St. Elizabeth Health regarding community paramedic services ("the Project") will be placed in the Community Paramedic HIV Health Grant Fund and may be expended only for the Project's purposes under the grant's terms and Indiana Law.
(D) The Community Paramedic HIV Health Grant Fund No. 711 will remain in effect until the Common Council agrees to liquidate and dissolve the Fund.
(E) The city will keep proper books of record and account, in which complete entries will be made showing all monies received and deposited in this Fund, all disbursements made from the Fund and all other financial transactions relating to this Fund.
(F) The Community Paramedic HIV Health Grant Fund will be a non-reverting fund.
