§ 93.31 EMERGENCY ENTRY.
   (A)   General. The Fire Department may enter any building or premises without permission or warrant if any emergency situation occurs constituting a threat to human life, property or the public safety to eliminate, controlling or abating the dangerous condition or situation.
   (B)   Liability. Never will the city, Fire Department or any of its agents be responsible for any damages because of an emergency entry. The Fire Department or the Fire Department dispatch center will notify the owner/occupant of the event and it will be the responsibility of the owner/occupant to assure that the building is re-secured.
