§ 35.04 ELECTRONIC FUND TRANSFERS.

The Clerk-Treasurer of the city and all other city personnel duly authorized to transfer city funds are hereby authorized to make any and all such deposits, payments and transfers by means of electronic funds transfer (EFT) wherever required by law or state or county rule or whenever expeditious to the management of municipal funds.
