§ 35.68 LIT PUBLIC SAFETY FUND.
   (A)   Established. The LIT Public Safety Fund is created that the City Clerk-Treasurer will maintain for the city.
   (B)   Funding. This Fund will be funded by all revenues the city receives from the Public Safety Local Income Tax rate.
   (C)   Use. The Fund will be used exclusively for any public-safety purpose as defined under I.C. 6-3.6-2-14.
   (D)   Reverting fund. This is a reverting fund.
