(A) Established. OCRA Grant Washington/Pike Parks Fund 282 is created that the City Clerk-Treasurer will maintain for the city and administer the grant's terms and state law.
(B) Funding. This Fund will be funded by all revenue from OCRA grants for the Stellar Washington/Pike Parks Projects.
(C) Use. The OCRA Grant Washington/Pike Parks Fund 282 will be used for paying expenditures related to the Stellar Washington/Pike Parks Projects under the grant's terms and state law.
(D) Record keeping. The city will keep proper books of record and account, in which complete entries will be made showing all monies received and deposited in this Fund, all disbursements made from the Fund, and all other financial transactions relating to this Fund.
(E) Non-reverting fund. This is a non-reverting fund.
