§ 35.65 RURAL HEALTH OUTREACH GRANT FUND 281.
   (A)   Established. IHCDA Fund 281 is renamed the Rural Health Outreach Grant Fund 281 and repurposed under this section’s terms.
   (B)   Funding. Any remaining IHCDA Grant Fund 281 funds will be distributed under the IHCDA’s Grant terms.
   (C)   Use. The funds the city receives from the Indiana Department of Health regarding the Rural Health Outreach and Rural Network Development Program will be placed in the Rural Health Outreach Grant Fund 281 to be held and administered under terms the Indiana Department of Health and United States Department of Health and Human Services establish, and state and federal law.
   (D)   Rural Health Outreach Grant Fund 281 will remain in effect until the Crawfordsville Common Council agrees to liquidate and dissolve the Fund.
   (E)   Record keeping. The City Clerk-Treasurer will keep proper books of record and account, in which complete entries will be made showing all monies received and deposited in this Fund, all disbursements made from the Fund, and all other financial transactions relating to this Fund.

   (F)   Non-reverting fund. The Rural Health Outreach Grant Fund 281 will be a nonreverting fund.
