§ 35.64 CONFIDENTIAL MONEY FUND.
   (A)   Established. The Police Confidential Money Fund (“Confidential Money Fund”) is created that the City Clerk-Treasurer will maintain for the Police Department.
   (B)   Funding. The Confidential Money Fund may be funded by separate appropriations or transfers as authorized from time to time by the Common Council, as the city’s fiscal body, or with money the Police Department receives as its share of state or federal civil forfeiture proceedings, or both.
   (C)   Use and management. The Confidential Money Fund will be used exclusively by the Police Department and managed by the senior narcotics officer, as directed by the Police Chief, subject to the policies and procedures the Police Department Policy Manual prescribes under Section 50.03.060 Confidential Fund Money, or as the Department’s standard operating procedures may be amended regarding confidential fund money.
   (D)   Reverting fund. This is a reverting fund.
