§ 35.63 FUSION 54 NON-REVERTING FUND.
   (A)   Established. The Fusion 54 Non-reverting Fund is created that the City Clerk-Treasurer will maintain for the city.
   (B)   Funding. This Fund will be funded by all rents and income the city receives for the property at 101 West Main Street, Crawfordsville, Indiana (the “property’).
   (C)   Use. The Fund will be used exclusively for any expenses related to maintenance of the land, buildings, or any improvements on the property.
   (D)   Non-reverting fund. This is a non-reverting fund.
