(A) Established. The Local Road and Bridge Matching Grant Fund is created that the City Clerk-Treasurer will maintain for the city.
(B) Funding. This Fund will be funded by any grant money the Indiana Department of Transportation distributes under the Community Crossing Grant program.
(C) Use. The Fund will be used exclusively for infrastructure under I.C. 6-3.6-9-17(h)(1)(A) or other INDOT or state directives regarding the Community Crossing Grant program.
(D) Reverting fund. This is a reverting fund.
