§ 35.60 FIRE STATION TWO BOND AND INTEREST FUND 453.
   (A)   Established. The Fire Station Two Bond and Interest Fund 453 is created that the City Clerk-Treasurer will maintain.
   (B)   Funding. This Fund will be funded by all revenue from taxes paid for the tax levy created for the Property Tax Lease Rental Bonds, Series 2016.
   (C)   Use. The Fire Station Two Bond and Interest Fund will be used to pay for bond principal, interest, and agency payments for the Fire Station Two bond.
   (D)   Non-reverting fund. This is a non-reverting fund.
