The POTW may adopt charges and fees which may include:
(A) Fees for reimbursement of costs of setting up and operation of the POTW Pretreatment Program.
(B) Fees for monitoring, inspection and surveillance procedures, including the cost of reviewing monitoring reports submitted by the IU.
(C) Fees for reviewing accidental discharge procedures and construction.
(D) Fees for permit applications including the cost of processing such applications.
(E) Fees for filing appeals.
(F) Other fees as the POTW may deem necessary to carry out the requirements contained herein. These fees relate solely to the matters covered by this subchapter and are separate from all other fees chargeable by the POTW.
