   The following abbreviations shall have the designated meanings:
   BOD.      Biochemical Oxygen Demand.
   CFR.      Code of Federal Regulations.
   COD.      Chemical Oxygen Demand.
   US EPA.   United States Environmental Protection Agency.
   mg/l.      Milligrams per liter.
   NPDES.   National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System.
