§ 52.116 VIOLATOR TO PAY COST OF LOSS OR DAMAGE.

In addition to any penalties that might be invoked by virtue of this chapter, any person or municipal corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter, shall be liable to repay to the Sewage Works, any and all of its costs, damages or losses that shall be sustained by the Sewage Works and proximately caused by such violation.
