(A) If a private person or entity requests the presence of an ambulance, fire truck, public safety personnel and/or special equipment of the city at an event, then that person or entity shall be responsible for the following charges for the same:
(1) $35 per person per hour or fraction thereof; and
(2) $50 per motor vehicle mobilization charge.
(B) These charges shall be billed by the Fire Department or the Clerk-Treasurer to the person or entity requesting said service, and if unpaid shall be collectible by the city as any other debt owed.
(C) Monies received from charges for personnel shall be deposited into Fire Department Account #115, Salaries-Overtime, and monies received from charges for vehicle mobilization shall be deposited into Fire Department Account #220, Fuel and Oil.
