(A) Established. The Storm Water Review Fees Fund 717 is created that the City Clerk-Treasurer will maintain for the receipt of fees paid for county storm water inspections and reviews in the two-mile zone.
(B) Funding. This fund will be funded by all revenue from fees paid for storm water inspections or reviews the county performs or has performed to date in 2016.
(C) Use. The Storm Water Review Fees Fund will be used exclusively by the Planning Department for the receipt of funds and payment to Montgomery County Surveyor’s Office for the purpose of paying for completed storm water inspections or reviews, or both, in the two-mile zone.
(D) Non-Reverting fund. This is a non-reverting fund.
