(A) All members of the Fire Department and Ambulance Department shall adhere to the standards and rules set forth in the most currently adopted copy of the Fire Department Rules and Regulations handbook.
(B) All members of the Fire Department and Ambulance Department shall, while in an on duty status or in being present at any emergency, be subject to obey any and all lawful orders given by the Fire Chief, his assistant or officer in charge at the scene of the emergency.
