§ 33.063 TRANSFER OF DUTIES AND POWERS OF MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE INTO DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION.
   Besides the powers and duties that the Department of Parks and Recreation have under Indiana Statute, the powers and duties previously vested in the Municipal Golf Course Authority pertaining to the Municipal Golf Course are transferred to the Department of Parks and Recreation. Control of all non-reverting funds dedicated to the operation of the golf course or accounts pertaining solely to the golf course are transferred from the Municipal Golf Course Authority to the Parks and Recreation Board. Any leases, contracts, and other obligations concerning the Municipal Golf Course heretofore entered into by the Municipal Golf Course Authority are transferred and assigned to the Parks and Recreation Board, subject to any necessary approvals required within those leases and contracts.
