(A) Pursuant to I.C. 9-22-1-2(5), in addition to all regular members of the Police Department, the Special Projects Coordinator in the Office of the Mayor is hereby designated an “officer” for purposes of enforcement of I.C. 9-22-1.
(B) Pursuant to I.C. 9-22-1-3, the Police Department is the public agency responsible for the removal, storage, and disposal of abandoned vehicles.
