§ 34.23 REPORTS.
   The Chief of the Fire Department shall report to the Board of Public Works and Safety any severe violation by any member of the Fire or Ambulance departments of any rule or regulation adopted by the Board for the government of either department. Such reports shall be in writing signed by the Chief. The Board shall hear the evidence of such charges and, if such charges are found to be true, the offending member may be subject to disciplinary action or discharge.
