§ 35.52 AVIATION AIRCRAFT RENTAL FUND.
   (A)   Established. The Aviation Aircraft Rental Nonreverting Fund 276 is created that the City Clerk-Treasurer will maintain for the BOAC.
   (B)   Funding. This Fund will be funded by all revenue from the rental of aircraft.
   (C)   Use. The Aviation Aircraft Rental Fund will be used exclusively by the BOAC for the purpose of paying expenditures related to maintenance, insurance, inspection fees, miscellaneous repairs, general maintenance, and any purpose related to the CMA’s aircraft rental services.
   (D)   Nonreverting fund. This is a nonreverting fund.
