§ 34.20 FIRE DEPARTMENT ESTABLISHED.
   There is hereby established a Fire Department in the city which shall be under the control of the Board of Public Works and Safety. The Fire Department shall be composed of a Chief, an Assistant Chief and firefighters hired with the approval of the Board of Public Works and Safety. The Fire Department shall respond to any emergency situation requiring the training, equipment, knowledge or manpower of that Department.
