§ 100.06 ALARM USER RESPONSIBILITIES.
   Each alarm user is responsible for:
   (A)   The proper maintenance and operation of the alarm system;
   (B)   Payment of the fees assessed under this chapter; and
   (C)   (1)   Responding within a reasonable time, in person or by agent, to the alarm site upon receiving notification and request from the Police Department in response to an alarm system activation.
      (2)   Thirty minutes after receiving the Police Department's notification is a reasonable time period for responding to the alarm site.
