(A) The city's Police Department shall make record of each incident in which city emergency personnel respond to a false alarm.
(B) There shall be no fee assessed for the first three false alarms at an alarm site during a calendar year.
(1) For an alarm site which is registered with the city under § 100.04, the alarm user shall be charged at fee of $25 for the fourth false alarm, $50 for the fifth false alarm, and $100 for all additional false alarms during the same calendar year.
(2) For an alarm site which is not registered with the city under § 100.04, the alarm user shall be charged a fee of $100 for the fourth false alarm, $200 for the fifth false alarm, and $300 for all additional false alarms during the same calendar year.
