§ 34.03 POLICE DEPARTMENT COPY AND ACCIDENT REPORT FEES.
   (A)   The following fees are authorized to be charged by the Police Department for copy fee, unless Indiana law prohibits otherwise:

   (B)   These fees shall be deposited as follows:
      (1)   Police Copy Fee Fund (Fund 208). The Police Copy Fee Fund is established, which is a non-reverting fund. All fees charged for photographs, audio tape, incident reports, reports over 50 pages, fingerprints, criminal history check, notary services and other copying not related to law enforcement recordings must be deposited into the Police Copy Fee Fund. These funds must be used to pay for supplies, charges, services and equipment used to provide these services.
      (2)   Local Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund (Fund 270). All fees charged for accident reports and vehicle identification checks, received from administering local law enforcement continuing education programs, and funds derived from traffic ordinance deferral agreements must be deposited into the Local Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund. These funds shall be used for education and training of law enforcement officers as provided by Indiana law. This is a non-reverting fund.
      (3)   Fund 211 Law Enforcement Recording Copy Fee Fund. All fees for copies of law enforcement recordings will be deposited into the Law Enforcement Recording Fee Fund. These funds will be used to pay the costs of the recordings, the labor necessary to administer the management, storage and retrieval of such recordings, the equipment necessary to comply, with the legal requirements of the law, and other costs associated with providing these copies. These funds may be used without appropriation. This is a non-reverting fund.
