Parking Meter Fund (Fund 210) is repurposed and renamed the Sanitation Fee Fund.
(A) Established. Effective January 1, 2014, the Sanitation Fee Fund ("Fund") is created that the Clerk-Treasurer will maintain for the Street and Sanitation Department.
(B) Source of funds. The revenue for deposit into the Fund will be all monies the city receives from the sale of trash stickers for the city's trash pick-up services.
(C) Use of funds. Monies in the Fund may be used by the Clerk-Treasurer to pay salaries and benefits and for equipment, supplies and other costs related to trash and recycling removal and disposal by the Street and Sanitation Department.
(D) Non-reverting fund. This is a non-reverting fund.
(E) Any funds currently in the Parking Meter Fund will revert to the General Fund.
