(A) Handgun permit fees. The following fees are authorized for handgun permits:

(B) Firearms Training Fund (Fund 209). The Firearms Training Fund is established, which is a non-reverting fund. All fees charged for handgun registration must be deposited into the Firearms Training Fund. These funds must be used for the purpose of firearms, ammunition, training supplies and body armor.
