§ 112.04  PERMIT REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, not exempted by § 112.03 of this chapter, to engage in solicitation within the corporate limits of the town, either directly or through an agent, without first obtaining a permit to do so from the Chief of Police.
