§ 112.03 EXEMPTIONS FROM PROVISIONS OF THIS CHAPTER.
   The following solicitations shall be exempt from the provisions of this chapter: bona fide charitable, educational, religious organizations and other non-profit organizations with eleemosynary purposes; except that, § 112.14 of this chapter shall apply to all solicitation without regard to purpose.
