§ 111.16 DISPLAY OF CERTAIN INFORMATION INSIDE TAXICAB.
   The operator of any taxicab, as well as the owner thereof, shall be responsible for ensuring that the following items are conspicuously displayed within the interior of each taxicab so as to be visible to passengers and prospective passengers:
   (A)   The operator’s permit required by § 111.04 of this chapter;
   (B)   A photograph of the operator, of a size designated by the Taxicab Administrator. A duplicate copy thereof shall also be furnished to the Administrator;
   (C)   A card containing the following statement: “The driver may not permit any other person to occupy or ride in this taxicab without the consent of the original passenger.” The card shall also contain language that complaints may be filed with the town’s Taxicab Administrator and shall include the mailing address and telephone number of the Administrator; and
   (D)   A schedule of fares, as provided in § 111.20 of this chapter.
