Any request for development, zone change, conditional use permit, or variance within the area of city impact shall be referred to the city council for review and comment. The city council shall have forty (40) days to consider the request and submit a reply to the board of county commissioners. If no reply is received by the board within the forty (40) day period, the city council forfeits its right to comment on the request, and processing shall continue under the board's administration. Both the city council and board shall approve all subdivision plats within the area of city impact, pursuant to Idaho Code sections 50-1306 and 50-1308. (Ord. 289, 12-5-1978)
