The officially adopted geographic area of city impact includes all unincorporated land within the southern 1/2 of Sections 27, 28, and 29, and SE 1/4 of Section 30, the eastern 1/2 of Section 31, all of Sections 32, 33, and 34 in T.34N., R.1W.; and within the eastern 1/2 of Section 6, all of Sections 3, 4, and 5 in T.33N., R.1W. All parcels of land, or portions thereof, lying within the area of city impact shall be subject to provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 289, 12-5-1978)
