Sec. 2: ORDER CREATING VILLAGE OF ILO:
The following order was adopted by the board of county commissioners of Nez Perce County, Idaho, at their April session of 1909, and can be found on page 20, Volume J of commissioners proceedings of Nez Perce County, Idaho.
In the matter of the petition of O.W. Click et al., for the incorporation of the village of Ilo, Nez Perce County, State of Idaho.
This matter coming on regularly to be heard this 15th day of April, 1909, the board being fully advised on the premises, and all and singular the law and the evidence being fully considered, the board finds:
   First: That inhabitants to the number of two hundred (200) or more are residents within the territory described in the said petition.
   Second: That a majority of the taxable inhabitants who are residents within the limits of the said proposed village have signed said petition.
   Third: That said petitioners are entitled to have the said village of Ilo incorporated as prayed for in the petition.
   Wherefore, it is considered, ordered and adjudged that the said village of Ilo be and the same is hereby incorporated under the name and style of the village of Ilo. That henceforth they are a body politic and corporate with all the powers, rights and privileges of incorporated towns and villages as is contemplated in such cases, especially provided by the laws of the state of Idaho.
That the boundaries of said Village are as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the center of the public highway on east side of the southeast quarter of section thirty two (32) Township thirty-four (34) North, Range one (1) West Boise Meridian, and the South line of the right of way of the Clearwater Short Line Railway Company; thence in a northwesterly direction along the South line of said Railway Company right of way to the North line of the Southeast quarter of section thirty-two (32) Township thirty-four (34) North Range one (1) West Boise Meridian; thence running due West to the northwest corner of said Southeast quarter of section thirty-two (32) Township thirty-four (34) North Range one (1) West Boise Meridian; thence running due south 2,170 feet; thence running due west 486 feet; thence running due south 280 feet; thence running due west 333 feet; thence running due south 218 feet to the south line of the public highway; thence running due east along the south line of the public highway 3,209 feet; thence running due south 150 feet; thence running due east 250 feet; thence running due north 1,720 feet to the point of beginning, containing approximately 195 acres.
It is further ordered that J.J. Wood, O.W. Click, E. Rohlfing, N.C. Kafoury and J. Kline, five (5) persons qualified to act as trustees of the said village be and the same are hereby appointed to act as trustees for the said Village of Ilo, until their successors are elected and qualified as prescribed by law.
