A. Commercial: Commercial container rates shall be negotiated between the contractor and the commercial business.
B. Residential: Residential refuse collection rates shall be in such amounts as set by resolution of the city council. (1963 Code § 8-410; amd. 2010 Code)
C. Fee For Collection From Cart: For the fees and rates hereby established, there shall be collected from each residence, a ninety five (95) gallon cart.
D. Financial Hardship; Special Permit And Fees: Provided, however, that where the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter will work a financial hardship, or where the garbage and refuse is of such small amounts as not to warrant the collection of the full fees and charges as provided by this section, the city council may issue a special permit altering the provisions of this chapter and the fees and rates herein established.
