§ 110.03 TERM OF REGISTRATION; INITIAL AND RENEWAL FEES; EXPIRED REGISTRATION.
   All registrations required herein and issued by the Town Clerk/Treasurer shall be for the calendar year and shall expire on December 31 of the year in which they are issued. The initial application fee shall be $25. Every registrant in good standing may have his or her registration renewed annually upon payment of the fee of $25. Any registration that has been expired for more than 60 days shall be deemed as delinquent. A contractor found delinquent shall cease activities until such time as the delinquent registrant completes a new application and pays the application fee for a new registration pursuant to § 110.02, and then a new registration may be issued.
