§ 90.31 PERMIT REQUIRED FOR KEEPING LIVESTOCK.
   (A)   Keeping, maintaining, harboring or boarding of livestock within the limits of the town for more than seven days shall require an annual permit from the town. However, swine shall be prohibited with the exception of market fair projects.
   (B)   All permits shall be subject to revocation and cancellation as provided under § 90.39.
