§ 90.39 PERMIT REVOCATION OR CANCELLATION.
   (A)   Any livestock keeping permit may be revoked, cancelled or suspended by the Town Council at any time during the term thereof; provided that the Town Clerk/Treasurer shall have first received, upon animal control officer’s investigation, a notification to permit holder and non-compliance by permit holder; hold a public hearing on the complaint, and take action upon the complaint, including revocation, cancellation or suspension of the permit, as in the best judgment of the Council and will best serve and protect the public health and welfare of the town.
   (B)   Revocation of a permit shall disqualify the permit holder from keeping livestock for the remainder of the original term of the permit.
