§ 53.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of § 53.04 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $750 plus costs of $10, as described in § 10.99.
